Today, I have quite a special recipe for you. But why is it special, you say? Well, firstly, it's probably my favourite food. Ever.
Secondly, it only has ONE INGREDIENT!!! Of course, it's none other than my "Amazingly Easy Banana Ice Cream"! I have this far too often, and have been known to be super indulgent and have it for breakfast... But fear not - you can too! Because, dear reader, it's just bananas! And nothing else! What could be healthier than pure bananas?!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 5-6 ripe bananas
  • Any flavour of your choice - I added some raspberries and passion fruit.

METHOD:
  1. Peel your bananas and chop them up into pieces.
  2. Place the pieces in a freezer bag and freeze them overnight.
  3. Once you've frozen them, put them in the blender and blend until creamy and smooth. It takes longer than you think!
  4. Add your fruit. Some combinations I recommend are: mango, blueberry and blackberry, peach, strawberry, vanilla, mint, and chocolate (cocoa powder, duh!).
  5. Serve and enjoy! Additionally, you can refreeze the ice cream and have it later :)
